Small Town Billboard, Chatham, New York
(click in the image for a larger version)
This is a companion piece to the previous image of a small town Main Street window memorial to a fallen soldier in Iraq. This image was also taken during my journey through some of the smaller towns in the Northeast. Like Wilmington, Vermont, where the previous photo was taken, Chatham is also a small town in a predominantly rural area. It is in upstate New York, not far from the Massachusetts border, and not far from Wilmington, Vermont.

Great photo and billboard. You might consider getting it up on flickr in a public place.

Do any of you remember when we thought we lost 50,000 people in the WTC? Then 15-20,000? We could have if they used another tactic. I won't say want, but it doesn't take much imagination to figure out how it can be done. Also, what happens if the use a nuclear bomb? Have you thought of the cost of losing? What is the cost of losing? Tally that up.
