I am already feeling constrained by the available template designs of this blog service and the free trial period is not even over yet. I suppose that was to be expected. I could always upgrade to the next level for full access to the HTML. Hmmm...decisions, decisions...
New Blog Year Resolution: Figure out how to brew my own blog with Moveable Type and relaunch f/1.4 within a year's time. That was my first inclination over a year ago. I even downloaded MT (when it was still free!), but my busy travel schedule last summer as well as my lack of PERL chops, conspired to keep the project on a back, back burner. Hence the current "easy" route with TypePad.
Don't get me wrong. I do appreciate the ease of use that TypePad offers. I am just frustrated that my current schedule and coding knowledge (or lack thereof) prevents me from indulging my design fantasies and putting up a customized blog.
Oh well...I guess it's always good to have projects lined up and ready to go.
